After 8 months involved in a heavy bidding process, including undergoing three stages of approval, Pauls Industrial Services have been given the news they were working towards - Plymouth County Council have awarded Pauls a 3 year measured term contract for the removal of asbestos materials from all their council dwellings, due to start in November 2007.
Andrew Hallam, Managing Director of Pauls Industrial Services remarks, " This is a marvellous opportunity to take the Group forward. We will use existing men who will reside in Plymouth on a weekly basis. This contracts marks a shift away from the usual "one off" job nature of our business and the fact that the customer trusts us with such a lengthy contract is testimony to our reputation of professionalism within the industry. We have listened carefully to all stakeholders within the council and are firm in our understanding of their needs. We will continue to listen so that as their needs change, we meet them."
