Retrofit Team support Bridgend County Borough Council in Caerau

One of our retrofit teams has been out on site in Caerau, Maesteg this summer supporting Bridgend County Borough Council with the Caerau Wall Insulation Scheme. The project aims to address the issue of inadequate wall insulation in the area, installed as part of a previous energy efficiency scheme. Our role is to collect retrofit data for BCBC and we have been commissioned to undertake PAS2035 compliant Retrofit Assessments, Air Tightness Testing, LiDAR Scanning, Drone Photography and later in the year Thermography. The residents have welcomed our teams into their homes, and we are enjoying working in this fantastic community.
