Sovereign Housing Association Contract Award

Following a successful pilot scheme and subsequent award of SHDF funding, MSS has been awarded a contract to deliver a further 1,000 PAS2035 Retrofit Assessments and Air Tightness Tests to Sovereign Housing Association. We look forward to working with Sovereign and their Customers in the drive to decarbonise and make homes more energy efficient.
Sovereign have outlined their strategic objectives in the use of the fund, which target enhanced affordability, health and wellbeing, carbon reduction and mapping a clear pathway to net zero.
