Bill Mayne

Chief Executive Officer

Details

Bill co-founded MSS Group in 2005. He has over 35 years experience of working in a variety of service industries. Bill is married to Alison and has two children. “I make a point of finding out about each and every client we work for, what’s happening with their business and what’s important to them.”

Robert Little

Commercial Director

Details

Rob was previously a Chief Officer in local government, managing services such as property, environmental, environmental health and trading standards. His vast experience resulted in becoming a Policy Adviser to the Local Government Association (LGA) on waste and environmental issues. “Improving our environmental performance is all about making short deliberate steps… small is definitely beautiful.”

Jonathan Jones

Finance and Systems Director

Details

Jonathan has over 20 years experience working in the support services sector. He is responsible for supporting the Group’s activities; which includes financial management and controls, budgeting and costing. Jonathan is also responsible for the company’s IT systems, infrastructure and strategy and acts as Company Secretary for the Group. He has a degree in Business Information Systems, holds CIMA qualification and is a Certified Member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (CIWFM) “Success can only be delivered by ensuring a quality and value for money service".

Rebecca Brittain

HR Director

Details

Rebecca has over 16 years experience in Human Resources working in a variety of sectors including hospitality, manufacturing and healthcare. She brings with her not only a wealth of knowledge within the generalist HR field but she has extensive experience in the Health and Safety sector in which she is NEBOSH qualified. “Our people are key to delivering the services we provide. It is about getting the right people and giving them the opportunity to grow and develop within the organisation so they can truly make a difference for themselves and the clients that they work in partnership with.”

Craig Davies

Compliance Services Director

Details

Craig has over 20 years experience in providing asbestos consultancy and removal, including both project and operational management. He has provided consultancy to clients within the public and private sectors. Craig is responsible for the overall operational management of our asbestos consultancy, asbestos removal and water treatment services. “Attention to detail is crucial to my role – making sure we have exactly the right people and equipment in the right place at the right time. It’s also about being able to manage the unexpected at short notice because sometimes our clients need us to respond to their emergency.

Jonathan James

Operations Director

Details

Jonathan has risen through the ranks for MSS to join the Senior Leadership team in 2020. He has worked in the asbestos industry for over 20 years as both a consultant and operational manager for removal works. Jonathan brings a wealth of experience to the role and has successfully overseen the strong growth of our asbestos removal division.

Paul Woollacott

Facilities Services Director

Details

Paul joined the MSS Senior Management Team in October 2018. His role to is ensure the efficiency of MSS contracts and to support the delivery of field management. Paul has 30 years of experience within the Chemical Industry, predominantly within the Health & Safety, Emergency Response and Security sectors. The experience in these sectors were mainly at Process Plants in the UK, Europe and China. His previous role was undertaken for a Multinational Chemical Manufacturer within the UK, Ireland and Nordic Regions.
