Protecting you and your assets

Fire safety law can be complex and daunting. In simple terms, the law says that if you are responsible for a place that people other than your family and friends can visit, you must do a fire risk assessment and act on the findings.

If you employ five or more people or hold a licence for the premises, you must record and act on the ‘significant findings’, as defined in law.

We have the expertise and experience to carry out fire risk assessments across the whole of your estate. We can also help you fulfil your obligations under the Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations (DSEAR).
