On 25th of May 2018 the EU’s General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) comes into force. The security of your data has always important to us. We are required under GDPR to ensure that we process data lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner.
The purpose of us processing personal data incudes:
- To fulfil a contract that we have with you, for example this may be verifying your identity, making payments to you, communicating with you or dealing with your customers;
- To comply with applicable legislation and regulations;
- To respond to legitimate business interests in protecting MSS’s interests and legal rights. This may include but not limited to, insurance claims, compliance, or investigative purposes.
Information will only be shared as a necessity for the function of the business and to meet the legal basis of why we use the information we have for you. Personal data may also be shared with government bodies or law enforcement officials if required under the lawful basis for processing.
