MSS Group welcomes Thomas Jenkins as Bid Manager
As Bid Manager, Thomas will be leading the coordination and delivery of bids and tenders across all service lines within the MSS Group. Leveraging his cross-sector experience and detailed understanding of regulatory environments, he will ensure that every submission is commercially competitive, operationally robust, and aligned with client expectations, supporting the Group’s strategic growth ambitions across both public and private sectors.
Thomas is a highly experienced senior professional with a strong background in compliance, operational strategy, people and project management. With a career spanning regulated sectors including building control, water, pharmaceuticals, and financial services, he will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and client-focused solutions across all MSS Group services
About Thomas
Over the course of his career, Thomas has led complex business streams and supported the mobilisation of major contracts, all while maintaining a strong focus on compliance, governance, and continuous improvement. He has successfully driven the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO45001, and ISO 27001 frameworks and supported organisational alignment with GMP, GCP, SOX, AML, and FCA requirements, enhancing operational resilience and accountability.
Beyond his role at MSS, Thomas is a director of a community-based social enterprise focused on supporting people into employment through accredited training and development. He also volunteers with the fire service in a community outreach capacity, helping to promote safety, resilience, and engagement across local communities. This work reflects Thomas’s dedication to social responsibility and closely aligns with MSS’s own values around positive community impact.
