CHIC Optimised Retrofit Consultancy DPS

MSS has joined the Communities & Housing Investment Consortium (CHIC) Optimised Retrofit Consultancy DPS. This was developed by CHIC to provide an efficient, value for money procurement route for local authorities, social landlords and other public sector bodies to source specialist bidders who can undertake works to make homes and public buildings more energy efficient, and can carry out any associated repairs and retrofit work. MSS has joined the framework to provide PAS2035 compliant Retrofit Assessments.
