Thermal Installation in industrial furnace
Our Contract Manager received a phone call on Friday morning to discuss an issue with degrading thermal insulation causing quality issues with steel products passing through an industrial furnace forcing an unplanned shutdown. By the following Monday we had 4 engineers on-site undertaking a full replacement of lagging within the furnace. 12 hour days in a high hazard, challenging environment undertaken safely and with diligence and enthusiasm – it’s what our teams do best! The furnaces were back on-line shortly afterwards.
