As an F-Gas Registered company Acorn provides inspection, maintenance and cleaning of HVAC systems across the property portfolio for a Welsh Water.
Our team have undertaken HVAC survey's at our clients operational sites to inspect and maintain Air conditioning units. We:
• Check and maintain Air conditioning equipment
• Undertake any remedial work required
• Update the asset register along with KWH ratings of applicable items
• Provide photographic evidence of areas of concern or non-compliance
• Following a visit to site we produce a report and an F-Gas inspection Certificate to maintain compliance with TM-44 regulations.
• All certificates are to be kept on MSS portal with access given to all DCWW staff.
Building owners and managers have a statutory obligation and duty of care in the operation and maintenance of air conditioning systems. It is now scientifically understood that F Gas (fluorinated gases) have a potentially devastating global warming effect when released into the atmosphere. F-Gas regulations have been implemented in order to contain, prevent and thereby reduce emissions of F-gas fluorinated greenhouse gases.
