Linc Cymru is a social housing landlord and care provider. They own, build and manage a high volume of social housing properties as well as sheltered accommodation and care homes, servicing thousands of residents in and around the Cardiff area. MSS has worked in a consulting capacity for Linc for several months providing advise and guidance and analysis of asbestos data, in order to help them meet their statutory obligations.
We have provided gap analysis of all existing data and processes, and have provided training & mentoring, as well as asbestos surveys and analytical services.
Our team has become a strategic partner to Linc for all things asbestos and we maintain an open dialogue for any of the Linc team who need our support as we support them in delivering their asbestos management strategy.
