ORP Funded Pilot Schemes
Details
MSS has delivered two pilot schemes totalling 40 properties as part of our clients bid for Optimised Retrofit Programme Wave 3 Funding. In both scenarios, MSS undertook Retrofit Assessments, Air Tightness Testing and Retrofit Coordination. Coordination was provided by a sister company within the RSK Group (our parent company).
The Welsh Government has set the public sector a target to be net zero by 2030, this means that all homes must be assessed to see how their energy usage can be decreased. As a long standing partner of Social Housing Landlords in Wales, MSS is well placed to deliver high volume retrofit services as more funding starts to be made available.
