Our retrofit team have undertaken a project to carry out PAS2035 retrofit assessments for Linc Cymru. Our consultant-led approach lends itself to identifying the most cost-and-time-effective methods to complete the contract. Retrofit assessments are still within their preliminary phases, so resident engagement was key to gain access. Clear and comprehensive communication packs were sent to all residents explaining the importance of both surveys.
