Removal of absorbents from an absorbent vessel

Our specialist trained 4 man team undertook the critical task of removing absorbents from an absorbent vessel for an industrial client. Each RL & LO absorber was first de-lagged in order to expose filters which were removed and serviced ready for re-use. The absorbent material was vacuumed into bags and samples were taken from the vessel ready for analysis. Before replacing the filters and re-lagging each absorber each vessel was inspected to ensure that bed plates were in good condition.
This project was undertaken in confined space, with all necessary controls in place and completed within 72 hours, which ran consecutively to prevent delay in the clients manufacturing operations.
