MSS Water attended a client site to carry out a tank clean. After assessing the job they discovered it was not safe to carry out the work due to access concerns in and out of tank. The access hatch was on top of the tank with very limited space between the tank and the ceiling.
MSS Water proposed to the client to put in an access hatch in the side of the tank instead of the top to improve health and safety. The client was happy with the suggestions and job was completed allowing future easy access to the tank.
